These projects asked a simple question: how do you make San Antonio feel present when the work is happening hundreds — or thousands — of miles away?
Mike translated familiar landmarks, architecture, street-level energy and local visual culture into artwork that could function as both an image and an experience. Some pieces were painted live in front of audiences. Others became destination murals or cultural touchpoints built into larger Visit San Antonio campaigns.
Across each city, the goal stayed the same: represent San Antonio in a way that felt recognizable to locals, inviting to visitors and unmistakably rooted in place.
